A Bit About Me

Hello, I'm  Kenden.

I am happy you’re here.

For most of my adult life, I’ve lived in countries other than my native one, all far from any community I could call home. My experience working with people from diverse cultures, religions, ethnicities, and socio-economic backgrounds has taught me a lot of things that help me support my clients:

  • How to change and adapt

  • How to build routines that help you manage and enrich your life wherever you are

  • How to  be patient for life to unfold

  • How to listen and hear, even, or especially, when someone has a different life experience than me

I have experienced and witnessed the power of national and ethnic culture on our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I have learned what it means to build community, even when that community may be spread across the globe

All of this has led to 14 years of experience working with a vast range of people, in-person and online, from over 20 countries.

I do the work I do because I believe deeply in the human ability to choose and to grow, and I  know how much each of us needs support at different times in our lives.

I look forward to working with you,
